1. 协议范围与接受

本协议适用于 Snipkap 的 Windows、macOS 版本及与软件直接相关的授权、购买、更新和支持服务。个人信息处理规则另见《隐私政策》。

未成年人或其他限制民事行为能力人应在监护人指导下使用和购买；您代表单位使用软件的，应确保具有相应授权。

2. 软件许可与服务内容

在您遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予您有限的、非独占的、不可转让且不可再许可的软件使用权，允许您在自己合法控制的兼容设备上使用 Snipkap。

软件功能、系统要求及免费或付费范围以实际版本和官方页面为准。购买软件不代表取得源代码、商标、设计或其他知识产权。

除购买页面另有明确承诺外，“永久授权”仅表示相应订单所列版本或权益没有预设到期日，不当然包含未来独立收费的重大版本、第三方服务、无限期在线服务或永久兼容承诺。

3. 设备授权与 Machine ID

Snipkap 会在本机根据稳定设备信息生成不可逆摘要形式的 Machine ID，并在试用、激活、购买、兑换、权益恢复或授权校验等必要场景发送至授权服务。服务器不会接收用于生成 Machine ID 的原始硬件标识原文。

Machine ID 用于识别授权设备、签发和验证许可证、防止重复领取试用、恢复权益、处理退款撤权、排查授权故障及防范滥用。拒绝提供将导致相应在线授权功能无法使用，但不影响无需在线授权的免费功能。

4. 试用、购买与退款

试用期限、功能和领取条件以领取时展示的信息为准。我们可以调整尚未领取的试用规则，但不追溯缩短已经发放的有效试用。当前设备通常可领取一次试用，便于您在购买前体验付费能力。

商品、价格、授权期限、设备数量、支付渠道、交付和退款条件以付款前展示并由您确认的订单信息为准。当前 Snipkap 为单次购买，不自动续费或自动扣款。付款成功后，授权按订单交付到对应设备；退款完成后，相应授权会被撤销或替换。

Snipkap 提供试用，且付费结果为可立即使用的数字化授权。除适用法律另有强制性规定外，授权一经交付，一般不适用七日无理由退货。消费者因软件存在质量问题、重复扣款、未交付、错误金额或未经授权扣款等情形享有的法定售后权利不受影响。符合退款条件的，我们将按原支付渠道全额退回该笔订单，并同步撤销对应授权。

国际支付若由 Paddle 作为收款方处理，退款申请也可能按其结账条款处理；我们仍会在退款完成后撤销对应授权。退款或售后请联系 support@lamtun.com，并提供订单号或支付凭证。

5. 用户义务与使用限制

您应合法使用 Snipkap，并对自己捕获、编辑、保存或传播的内容承担相应责任。除法律明确允许且不得通过合同排除的情形外，您不得：

• 反向工程、破解、篡改或绕过软件、试用、授权、支付及安全措施；
• 出租、转售、再许可或未经授权分发软件、许可证及相关权益；
• 删除权利声明，冒用官方身份，或利用软件侵害隐私、个人信息、知识产权及其他合法权益；
• 攻击、干扰或未经授权访问官网、授权、支付、更新及其他关联服务。

6. 更新、服务变更与终止

我们可以为安全、兼容、维护或产品运营需要提供更新、调整功能或停止支持过时版本。对已有付费权益产生重大不利影响时，我们会在合理范围内提示并依法提供必要处理。

若有合理证据表明存在严重违约、欺诈、授权滥用或安全风险，我们可以在必要范围内暂停或终止相关在线服务或授权；除紧急情况或法律另有要求外，我们会提供合理说明和申诉途径。

您可以随时卸载并停止使用软件。协议终止不影响依法或依其性质应继续有效的知识产权、个人信息保护、责任和争议解决条款。

7. 用户内容与知识产权

您处理内容的权利归原权利人所有，我们不会因您使用软件而取得其所有权。您应确保有权处理相关内容，并自行保留重要资料备份。

Snipkap 的软件代码、界面、图形、商标和文档受知识产权法律保护。软件包含的第三方组件按其各自许可证使用。

8. 风险提示与责任边界

我们会采取合理措施维护软件安全和可用性，但软件可能受操作系统、硬件、网络、第三方服务或不可抗力影响。除强制性法律规定或我们另有明确承诺外，不保证软件绝对无中断、无错误或适合所有特定用途。

截图、OCR、颜色、拼接及导出结果应由您自行核验，不应作为医疗、金融、司法取证或安全控制等高风险场景的唯一依据。

在法律允许范围内，我们仅对可合理预见、具有直接因果关系且有证据证明的实际损失承担责任。本条不排除因故意或重大过失、人身损害、产品缺陷、违法处理个人信息及其他依法不得限制的责任。

9. 协议更新、法律适用与联系

我们可以根据产品和法律变化更新本协议，并在本页面标明日期；重大变更将以合理方式提示，依法需要重新取得同意的将另行取得。

本协议适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。争议可先通过 support@lamtun.com 协商，也可依法投诉、调解或向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the Windows and macOS versions of Snipkap and to authorization, purchase, update, and support services directly related to the software. Personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Minors or other persons with limited civil capacity should use and purchase the software under a guardian’s guidance. If you use the software for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

2. Software license and services

If you follow these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use Snipkap on compatible devices you lawfully control.

Features, system requirements, and free or paid scope follow the actual version and official pages. Buying the software does not give you source code, trademarks, designs, or other intellectual property.

Unless a purchase page clearly says otherwise, a “lifetime license” only means the version or entitlement listed on that order has no preset expiry date. It does not automatically include future major versions sold separately, third-party services, unlimited online services, or a permanent compatibility promise.

3. Device authorization and Machine ID

Snipkap generates a Machine ID on the device as an irreversible digest of stable device information, and sends it to the license service when needed for trial, activation, purchase, redemption, entitlement recovery, or license checks. The server does not receive the original hardware identifiers used to create the Machine ID.

Machine ID is used to identify licensed devices, issue and verify licenses, prevent repeat trial claims, restore entitlements, process refund revocations, diagnose license faults, and prevent abuse. Refusing to provide it disables the related online license features, but does not affect free features that do not need online authorization.

4. Trial, purchase, and refunds

Trial length, features, and claim conditions follow the information shown when you claim the trial. We may change rules for trials that have not been claimed, but we will not shorten an already issued valid trial retroactively. A device can usually claim one trial so you can try paid features before you buy.

Goods, price, license term, device count, payment channel, delivery, and refund conditions follow the order information shown and confirmed before payment. Snipkap is currently a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew or auto-charge. After payment succeeds, the license is delivered to the matching device. After a refund completes, that license is revoked or replaced.

Snipkap offers a trial, and a paid result is a digital license you can use at once. Except where mandatory law says otherwise, a seven-day no-reason return generally does not apply once the license has been delivered. Statutory after-sales rights for quality issues, duplicate charges, non-delivery, wrong amounts, or unauthorized charges are not affected. When a refund is due, we refund the full order through the original payment channel and revoke the matching license.

If Paddle is the merchant of record for an international payment, the refund request may also follow Paddle’s checkout terms. We still revoke the matching license after the refund completes. For refunds or after-sales help, contact support@lamtun.com and include the order number or payment receipt.

5. User duties and restrictions

You must use Snipkap lawfully and are responsible for content you capture, edit, save, or share. Except where law clearly allows and cannot be excluded by contract, you must not:

• Reverse engineer, crack, tamper with, or bypass the software, trial, license, payment, or security measures;
• Rent, resell, sublicense, or distribute the software, licenses, or related entitlements without authorization;
• Remove rights notices, impersonate official identity, or use the software to infringe privacy, personal information, intellectual property, or other lawful rights;
• Attack, disrupt, or access the website, licensing, payment, update, or other related services without authorization.

6. Updates, service changes, and termination

We may provide updates, change features, or stop supporting outdated versions for security, compatibility, maintenance, or product operations. If a change materially harms an existing paid entitlement, we will give reasonable notice and handle it as required by law.

If there is reasonable evidence of serious breach, fraud, license abuse, or a security risk, we may suspend or terminate related online services or licenses to the extent needed. Except in emergencies or where law requires otherwise, we will give a reasonable explanation and a way to appeal.

You may uninstall and stop using the software at any time. Termination does not affect intellectual property, personal information protection, liability, or dispute-resolution clauses that should continue by law or by their nature.

7. User content and intellectual property

Rights in content you process remain with the original rights holder. We do not take ownership because you use the software. You must have the right to process that content and should keep your own backups of important data.

Snipkap software code, interface, graphics, trademarks, and documentation are protected by intellectual property law. Third-party components included in the software are used under their own licenses.

8. Risk notice and limits of liability

We take reasonable steps to keep the software secure and available, but it may be affected by the operating system, hardware, network, third-party services, or force majeure. Except where mandatory law or a clear extra promise applies, we do not warrant that the software is uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every particular purpose.

You should verify screenshot, OCR, color, stitching, and export results yourself. They should not be the sole basis for medical, financial, judicial evidence, or safety-control use.

To the extent the law allows, we are liable only for reasonably foreseeable actual losses that have a direct causal link and supporting evidence. This section does not exclude liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury, product defects, unlawful processing of personal information, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Updates, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms as the product and the law change, and we will mark the date on this page. Material changes will be notified in a reasonable way, and we will obtain a new consent where the law requires it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes may first be discussed at support@lamtun.com, and you may also complain, mediate, or sue in a court with jurisdiction as the law allows.
